Mtre Christina Kadas has been practicing law as a Notary since 2014.

From a very young age, Mtre Kadas was fascinated by law. Her dream, as a young girl, was to become a judge. This passion was the driving force behind her academic path and motivated her decision to pursue her law degree at the University of Ottawa, where she obtained a Licentiate in Law (LL.L) with distinction (magna cum laude). Her love of learning led her to the completion of a degree in taxation at the University of Sherbrooke. An estate planning course during her tax studies sealed the deal for her, confirming her decision to become a Notary. Mtre Kadas obtained her Notarial Law Degree (D.D.N.) from the University of Montreal and has been assisting her clients with their legal matters ever since.

Mtre Kadas has extensive experience in incapacity procedures. She is accredited by the Chambre des notaires du Québec to present these procedures before Quebec courts. Mtre Kadas guides her clients through the process of homologating a protection mandate (in case of incapacity) and instituting protective supervision for an incapable person.

Through her tailored advice, knowledge, and guidance, Mtre Kadas is her clients’ lifeline when dealing with their legal matters. Her clients can rely on her to walk them through their key life events. Mtre Kadas speaks English, French and Greek.

Mtre Kadas is the mom of a little girl named Lena. A personal experience with a childhood illness affecting her daughter at 21 months old inspired the creation of The Lena Fund, benefitting the Hematology-Oncology Division of the Montreal Children’s Hospital. She has since become an advocate for childhood cancer awareness and preparing for the unexpected.

Aside from her legal and charitable commitments, Mtre Kadas finds pleasure in interior decorating, event planning and travelling.
